Dorisa is a manager on the Deskside Support team for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She has been involved in the technical support field for 18 years and is passionate about customer service. She has also been actively involved with HDI for the past several years and is the current president of the local Salt Lake chapter.
With 24 years of experience in the IT Service Management and Customer Care Industry, Adolfo Bonilla has successfully built and managed operations in Central America and the United States, for both captive and outsourcing companies.
He holds a master's degree on International Businesses from the Universidad Internacional de Las Americas in San Jose, Costa Rica and is a certified ITIL Manager on Service Management. In his professional life, Mr. Bonilla has had the privilege of working for very renowned companies like Procter & Gamble, HP and Amazon, and BPO challengers like CSS Corp.
